You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.

  • Can I pay by card?

Yes – Aldershot Taxis has a secure processing facility with Paypal. Alternatively, you can pay your driver in cash.

  • How much notice do you need?

You can book online up to 24 hours before your journey. For travel within the next 24 hours, phone us on 01252 494 109 and we’ll help you with your requirements.

  • How do I find out how much the trip will cost?

Use our online “Request a Quote” service. Just give us your journey details and we'll give you an instant quote. This is all part of the way we like to do business – open, transparent and fair, delivering excellent value to our customers.

  • Are the prices for each passenger, or for the vehicle?

One of the great things about our prices is that they include all passengers, so there are no extras – the price quoted is for the vehicle. The reason we ask for the number of people travelling is that we need to stick to the safety limits for each type of vehicle. So for instance, Aldershot Minibus Hire has to operate within the seat numbers allowed on minibuses.

  • o you charge extra if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flights, so as long as we have your flight number, you won’t be charged.

  • Supposing I can’t find my driver at the airport?

Don’t worry – the driver will have your phone number and will call you and tell you where to meet. For business users or vulnerable travellers we can offer a separate “meet and greet” service.

  • Are your drivers inspected by the council?

Yes, they are all registered with the local licensing authority.

  • Can I have an account?
